At 23, I was prepared to put my life on hold to follow a boy. Luckily for me, he dumped me on Valentine’s Day.

After wallowing for a hot second, I seized my opportunity to try everything I’d ever wanted: I signed up for and completed my first marathon, took boxing lessons, competed in Miss Virginia. I started telling myself yes.

Over the last three years, I’ve learned what it means to set and crush goals, while mastering rejection along the way. Everything you want in life is never just handed to you – it requires you to be intentional about your goals, your time, and your attitude.

Each of us is unstoppable, powerful, and capable of doing what seems impossible. The key to success – and happiness – is living your life in congruence with your core values. Through intentional goal setting and always telling yourself yes, it is possible to live the purpose-driven and dynamic life you’ve always wanted.

Quarter-Life Quarterback exists to inspire you to tackle your own quarter-life head on and to start living your life on the offensive. More importantly, it’s here to help you find your purpose, pursue your passions, write your own playbook and then execute it like a Super Bowl champion.

I’m so glad you’ve found Quarter-Life QB. Let’s crush some goals together.

I stumbled upon your blog through my Spring 2016 copy of Delta Gamma’s Anchora. I, too, am a Delta Iota – a little bit before your time! I was informed my son’s good friend from high school who pledged DG at UGA last year that my composite was still on the staircase, haven’t made it to the attic yet so I have that going for me!! 😉

I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed reading your blog and look forward to future posts! You are an inspiring young woman and a pleasure to call my sister.
